The Off-White x Jordan 5 is Virgil Abloh?s rendition of MJ?s fifth signature shoe that incorporates the former?s deconstructed design ethos. The NBA All-Star Weekend 2020 release omits the Jordan 5?s traditional leather construction for a light grey synthetic, semi-translucent material. Circular designs with Abloh?s signature branding motif can be found on the inside of each shoe over the midfoot netting. For the first time ever on a non-original AJ 5 colorway, embroidered Air branding appears on the heel. White ?23? detailing covers the heel near the midsole and a fiery red Jumpman covers the 3M-reflective tongue. A pre-yellowed outsole gives the Off-White Jordan 5 the already-worn-in vibe that Abloh often prefers to include on his collaborations with both and Jordan Brand.
